Evaluasi Usability User Interface Pada Portal Beasiswa Sebagai Media Akses Informasi Dengan Metode Heuristic (Studi Kasus : Portal Beasiswa Karya Salemba Empat)

Karya Salemba Empat scholarship portal is a system used by scholarship
recipients to access information more quickly via an internet connection. This
system is expected to make it easier for each user to carry out activities related to
scholarships. Over time, of course, it is necessary to evaluate whether or not the
usability of the portal affects user satisfaction. This research was conducted using
the Heuristic method, which is a method for evaluating usability so that it can
identify problems in the user interface. The results obtained in the calculations in
this study are that there is the highest percentage index of 73.13% (good
category) and 73.75% (good category) and the lowest percentage index is 40.00%
(bad category), 43.75% (enough category) and 55.00% (enough category) as a
usability problem so that recommendations for improvement need to be given.
