Penilaian Kinerja Program Pengelolaan Hutan Produksi Pada Kphp Tasik Besar Serkap Tahun 2019-2020

ABSTRACT
The development of Forest Management Units (FMU) is used as one of
the key policies by the government to support Indonesia's commitment to forest
preservation and community prosperity. have experienced many developments
with challenges that have resulted in regions being affected by the decentralization
of regional autonomy. This research was conducted at the FMU “Tasik Besar
Serkap”, in the administrative area of the Pelalawan and Siak Regencies. The
purpose of the research is to assess the performance of the Tasik Besar Serkap
FMU program in 2019-2020 in carrying out forest management at the site level.
The research was conducted using field observations, interviews and literature
studies to collect the necessary data. The stages of implementing this research are
document studies, field observations, in-depth interviews. Observations made in
this study included verification of documents related to the performance of the
production forest management program. There are 23 activity programs from
2019-2020 and each activity program is carried out well.
