Pengujian Portal Kuliah Kerja Nyata(Kukerta) Menggunakan Metode Black-Box Testing Equivalence Partition Boundary Value Analysis Dan Performance Testing
Software testing is a critical element in determining the quality of a software.
Portal Kukerta Universitas Riau is a portal used to process all academic
activities related to Kukerta. Kukerta Portal has been used for a long time but in
its implementation, there has been no discussion of kukerta portal testing. From
the existing problem, it can be seen that kukerta portal requires software testing.
In this final task, the test is applied using the Black Box Testin technique. Black
Box testing is a test of an application that discusses the outer side of a software
application, from display to input action, in the testing strategy. Black Box has
several methods such as Equivalence Partition Boundary Value Analysis and
Performance Testing. Equivalence Partition testing discusses testing in the input
validation aspect seen from the Valid Class. Boundary Value Analysis discusses
testing in the overall aspect of menus and modules, so that it can be known the
wrong side to be able to be used development and maintenance. Performance
Testing talks about memory usage and data execution speed so that if entering
data does not match what is expected then the system fails. The resulting
conclusion based on the testing that has been done is that the Portal kukerta Riau
University is able to handle data, either normal data or abnormal data with a
very good percentage of success. It is hoped that this research can provide
recommendations for testing the accuracy of kukerta portal software of Riau
University and will provide the best solution for Riau University for the future.
