The development of the digitization of judicial case services is motivated by
the demands of the community for judicial information that is obtained quickly, after
launching the Case Search Information System (SIPP) application, the innovation of
the Supreme Court was continued with the Quality Assurance Accreditation (APM),
and developed to the One Stop Integrated Service. (PTSP). In order to facilitate the
implementation of the trial, the Supreme Court made a breakthrough by issuing
Supreme Court Regulation (PERMA) Number 3 of 2018 concerning the
Administration of Cases in Courts Electronically, and finally Supreme Court
Regulation (PERMA) Number 1 of 2019 concerning Administration of Cases and
Trials. in the Court Electronically, the author formulates the following points: How
to Implement Civil Case Trials Using an Online System in Order to Realize a Simple,
Fast and Low Cost Judicial Principle in the Pekanbaru District Court and What are
the Obstacles in Implementing Civil Case Trials Using an Online System in Order to
Realize the Principles of Justice Simple, Fast and Low Cost in Pekanbaru District
Court.
The type of research used is normative research, namely library research
methods, namely legal research carried out by reviewing and researching library
materials in the form of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. While
the nature of this research is descriptive, because the author intends to provide an
overview of the problems that are the subject of research. Data analysis is presented
descriptively. Then the author draws conclusions from this research deductively.
From the results of the study, the following results were obtained: First, the
Implementation of Civil Case Trials Using an Online System in Order to Realize the
Principles of a Simple, Fast and Low Cost Judicial Court in the Pekanbaru District
Court has been carried out. The implementation process starts from online case
registration, online payments, sending trial documents (Replic, Duplication,
Conclusion, Answer) and online summons; Second, the Obstacles in the
Implementation of Civil Case Trials Using the Online System in Order to Realize the
Principles of a Simple, Fast and Low Cost Judiciary at the Pekanbaru District Court
consist of; There is still a lack of socialization provided regarding procedures for
online system trials based on Perma Number 1 of 2019, Different Geographical
Locations of Courts in Each Region, Implementation of Online System Sessions Must
be Through the Agreement of Both Parties, Unclear Evidence Arrangements.
