Analisis Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Menggunakan Metode Partial Least Square Di Pt Inti Indosawit Subur

ABSTRACT
PT Inti Indosawit Subur is one of the companies engaged in the processing
of palm oil to become Crude Palm Oil (CPO). During processing, there is a high
risk of work accidents. This study aims to identify indicators on occupational
health and safety and work productivity, and the effect of occupational safety
variable and health on employee work productivity at PT Inti Indosawit Subur.
This research used a quantitative method with survey and Partial Least Square
approach. There are 2 indicators used in work safety variable that is use of work
procedures and work equipment, 3 indicators used in occupational health variable
that is cleanliness, physical health programs, and mental health, 3 indicators used
in work productivity variable that is quantity of work, quality of work and
timeliness. Based on the results of hypothesis testing from Partial Least Square
model, it was found the work safety variable had no significant effect on work
productivity directly with a correlation value of 0,110 at 95% confidence level.
Occupational health variable has a significant effect on work productivity with a
correlation value of 0,838 at 95% confidence level. This value shows a positive
correlation between occupational health and work productivity which is termed.
