Peningkatan Nilai Karakter Jujur Pada Anak Melalui Permainan Congklak Di Kampung Maredan Barat Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak

This study aims to determine the increase in the value of honest character in children through the game of congklak in West Maredan Village. This research approach uses action research with 2 cycles. The subjects in this study were 6 children in West Maredan Village. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews and documentation. Knowledge analysis techniques within the kind of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the game congklak can increase the value of the honest character of children, this is because it can have a positive influence on the honest character of children. The value of honest character in children can be seen from each cycle, where each cycle has increased. In the pre-action stage, an average score of 5.33 (26.67%) was obtained with the criteria of Starting to Develop. In the first cycle, an average score of 8.67 (43.33%) was obtained with the criteria of Starting to Develop. In the second cycle there was an increase with an average score of 15.92 (79.6%) with the criteria of Very Good Development.
