Pengaruh Latihan Bounce Kick Ball Terhadap Keterampilan Menerima Bola Pertama Permainan Sepak Takraw Pada Atlet Sepak Takraw PPLP Riau

The problem in this research is the lack of reaction and speed of when receivingnthe first ball from Riau pplp athletes. The purpose of this research is to knowing the effect of Bounce kick ball exercise on receiving skills the first ball game of sepak takraw for the Riau PPLP spak takraw athletes. Method used in this study is an experimental method, with a design “One-Group Preetest Posttest design”. The population in this study were athletes PPLP Riau sepak takraw using a total sumpling techique of 12 person. The instrumen used in this research in the acceptance test first ball skills. Data analisis technique using normality test ad t test, to determine the effect before and after the exercise given. Based on the analysis conducted, there was an average increase of 6.95 and based on statistical analysis using the resulting t-test (t count 10.96 > t table 1.796) then Ha is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that Bounce kick ball training affects the ability to receive the first ball on the PPLP Riau sepak takraw athletes.
