Pelaksanaan Pelayanan Publik Berbasis Online Di Kelurahan Tobekgodang Kecamatan Binawidya Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
The Public service is a provision of services carried out by the government as a form of state administration to meet the needs of the community (public) according to regulations Constitution (Law. 10/2014) regarding public services. Tobekgodang Village isone of the Pekanbaru City Government agencies that has duties and responnsibilities in providing public services. Good or bad services provided to the community depend on the quality and quantity of services to be provided to the community. The purpose of this research to implementation of online-based public service in the Tobekgodang Village, Binawidya District, Pekanbaru City. The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative type with a descriptive approach. The location of the research was carried out at the Tobekgodang Village Head Office. Data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis in this study is presented in the form of narration and direct quotesfrom interviews. Based on the results of this study, it show that the implementation of online-based public service in the Tobekgodang village head office has not been fully implemented properly because the ability of employees according to their expertise is still lacking and there are still several other inhibiting factors. In the implementation of the online-based public service , between communities, that are less responsive to the existence of a website which has been provided by the Tobekgodang village head office, and the absence of supporting factors from the government during the creation of the website in Tobekgodang Village. With these indicators, the implementation of online-based public service in theTobekgodang village head office is categorized as not yet effective.
