Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Kompensasi, Dan Pelatihan Karyawan Terhadap Employee Engagement Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Pada Pt. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero)Tbk. Kantor Cabang Pekanbaru
This study aimed to determine and analyze the influence of non physical
environment, compensation and employee training on employee engagement with
job satisfaction as intervening variable. The research population was the
employees of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Pekanbaru area,
totaling 136 people. The sample in this study were 102 people. The data used in
this study were primary data and secondary data, while the data collection tech
used were quesionaires. The data analysis used in this study was Structural
Equation Modeling (SEM – Smart PLS).
The result of this study indicate that the non-physical work environment
has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. compensation has a
positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Employee training has a positive
and significant effect on job satisfaction. Non-physical work environment has a
positive and significant effect on employee engagement, compensation has a
positive and significant effect on employee engagement. employee training has a
positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Non-physical work
environment has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement
through job satisfaction, compensation has a positive and significant effect on
employee engagement through job satisfaction, employee training has a positive
and significant effect on employee engagement through job satisfaction. Job
satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement.
