Garbage is an important problem that must be solved immediately. The government has an obligation to create a good and healthy environment for citizens. The purpose of writing this thesis, namely; First, the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 23 of 2009 concerning Waste Management in Kampar Regency, Second, the inhibiting factors for the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 23 of 2009 concerning Waste Management in Kampar Regency, Third, the efforts of the Environmental Service of Kampar Regency in maximizing waste management in Kampar Regency.
This type of research can be classified in the type of sociological research, sociological research is research that is carried out directly on the location or in the field to obtain data in order to provide a complete and clear picture of the problems studied in this study the author focuses on the power of law in regulating and or forcing to obey the law.
The results of this study there are three main things that can be concluded. The first is to find out the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 23 of 2009 concerning Waste Management in Kampar Regency and the second is to find out the inhibiting factors for the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 23 of 2009 concerning Waste Management in Kampar Regency, and Third, to find out whether the efforts of the Environmental Service of Kampar Regency to maximize waste management in Kampar Regency.
