Hubungan Prognostic Nutritional Index Terhadap Lama Rawat Dan Luaran Pasien Covid-19 Kritis Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau
Prognostic Nutritional Index (PNI) has been known as a nutritional index that characterizes the nutrition and immune status in critically ill patients with Covid-19. This study aims to explore the association of PNI with the length of stay and outcomes in critically ill patients with Covid-19 at the Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital of Riau Province. This study is an analytical retrospective with a cross-sectional design. A total of 35 medical records were included from March 2020 to December 2021. The data were then analyzed based on data types using a Spearman test, Man Whitney test and Fisher's test. From the 35 patients, the characteristics of patients were that they had an average age 54,5 ± 13,1 years old, 21 (60%) were male, the most common comorbidity is diabetes melitus, the average albumin level is 3,3 ± 0,5 g/dL, the median total lymphocyte is 840 (141-1480) mm3, 25 (71,4%) had PNI value
