Sejarah Perkembangan Pendidikan Di Kecamatan Pangkalan Kuras Kabupaten Pelalawan 1999-2019

The expansion of Pangkalan Kuras sub-district in 1999 cause the development of education to decrease. The Pelalawan district govermment has move the Pangkalan Kuras sub-district into three regions. After the divison of the region, the development of education began to improve. The purpose of this study was to determine the history, development and role of the regional coordinator for education in education at Pangkalan Kuras sub district since 1999-2019. The type of method used is historical method. The data collection techniques use in this study were observation, interview, literature study and documentation with questionnaire instrument interview. The result of the study were the history of education in Pangkalan Kuras sub-district, which had 42 schools before the division of the region and before it became part of the Pelalawan regency. Education in Pangkalan Kuras sub district developed after the division of the region in 1999 and until 2019 many educational facilities had been established due to the increasing population and public awareness of the importance of education for the children. The regional coordinator for education in Pangkalan Kuras sub-district assists in the development and supervision as well as training for educators.
