At the office of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Ujung Batu. experienced difficulties in managing the archiving of incoming and outgoing letters because it was done manually which made the effectiveness and efficiency in managing letters less due to human errors. In the management of archiving incoming and outgoing letters, they must be stored and processed regularly, therefore an information system for archiving incoming and outgoing letters at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Ujung Batu needs to be created. This system was built using the PHP and MySql programming languages as databases and was designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The system built is expected to provide convenience for employees or employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Ujung Batu to manage letters effectively and efficiently.
