Manajemen Pembelajaran Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di SD Negeri 02 Kandis Kota, Kecamatan Kandis, Kabupaten Siak
This study aims to examine in depth learning management during the
COVID-19 pandemic at SDN 02 Kandis Kota. The focus of the discussion; (1)
Planning for PTM is limited during the covid-19 pandemic. (2) Limited PTM
organization during the covid-19 pandemic, (3) Limited PTM implementation
during the covid-19 pandemic, (4) Limited PTM evaluation during the covid-19
pandemic.
The study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection with
documentation, observation and interview techniques. Data analysis includes data
reduction, verification, and data validity. Sources of data are principals, deputy
principals and teachers of SDN 02 Kandis Kota.
The results of the study found that: (1) At the planning stage of the limited
PTM at SDN 02 Kandis Kota there were 4 stages: First, designing a learning
program. Second, prepare facilities and infrastructure. Third, modify the subject
matter. Fourth, socialization of PTM is limited to school committees, teachers and
parents of students (2) At the organizing stage, SDN 02 Kandis Kota formed a
TIM called the Task Force for Precautions and Prevention of the Spread of
Covid-19 which consists of 3 fields, namely: Learning, Psychosocial, and Spatial.
Health, Hygiene, and Security Sector. Public Relations (Humas). (3) At the
limited PTM implementation stage there are 3 activities: First, before entering the
class the task force team first checks student masks, student body temperatures,
ensures students wash their hands with soap in running water, then enters class
regularly and maintains a distance. Second, when in class students are always
monitored to keep wearing masks and keep their distance. Third, when leaving the
class students are arranged to keep their distance and then students are directed
to wash their hands with soap in running water. (4) In the limited PTM evaluation
stage there are still students who are not used to wearing masks so students often
take off their masks when in the learning process. The lack of control from the
Covid-19 Task Force Team and class teachers towards students, makes students
still gather and do not keep their distance which will result in easier transmission
of the corona virus. The provision of subject matter is still not optimal with a
relatively short and limited time. There are several planning programs that have
not been implemented, namely; the program makes a limited PTM RPP, the
program makes a resume/summary of material and makes modules.
