The village is an area that has the freedom to assemble its government independently. Although the village has received financial aid from the district but the village has the freedom to set upa own sub-level or something called BUMDes. The establishment of the BUMDes is aimed at boosting the Native Income of the village and growing the village economy
The study aims to analyze the potential development of Village Enterprises (BUMDes) and how the BUMDes' contribution to boost Village's Native Income (PADes) Buluh Manis village, Sub-district Bathin Solapan, Bengkalis District, Riau Province..
In this study used primary and secondary types of data. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. By elasticity calculations, the contribution of the Buluh Manis Permai BUMDes to Increased Village Income (PADes) is averaged elasticity from 2016 to 2020 is by 0.04. This suggests that if lamented over the last five years if the growth of the BUMDes by 1% (one percent) would increase the PADes by 0.04 (zero comma zero four) or 4% (four percent). This provides the implication for the Buluh Manis Permai BUMDes to increase profits by making better use of the potential sources of revenue found in the Buluh Manis village.
