Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt.Isuindomas Putra Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine simultaneously and partially the effect of work
motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Isuindomas
Putra Pekanbaru. The population in this study amounted to 71 people. In this
study using the census method, the entire population was sampled. The types of
data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The data collection
technique is a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear
regression with t test, f test, and coefficient of determination. The data collected
was first analyzed by instrument quality testing, classical assumption test, and
hypothesis testing using SPSS version 23 test tool. The results of this study
indicate that: (1) Work motivation and work environment simultaneously have a
positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Work motivation
partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) The
work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance.
