Pengaruh Latihan Circuit Training Terhadap Daya Tahan Tim Bola Voli Putra SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo
Endurance is one of the basic components of physical condition that is very important in volleyball to support athlete achievement. In this case, circuit training and its variations are an effective and structured form of physical fitness training aimed at increasing endurance. In accordance with the problems raised, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of circuit training on endurance in the male team of SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo. The form of this research is (one group pretest-posttest design) with the population of the men's volleyball team at SMA Negeri 1 Luhak Nan Duo. The data in this study were the entire population of 16 people. The instrument used in this research is to use the bleep test, which aims to determine the effect of circuit training. In testing the t distribution hypothesis, it can be concluded that between the x variable and y variable, the value of t = 6.785 is obtained, then tcount > ttable is 6.785 > 1.753, then Ha is accepted, in other words there is an effect of circuit training on the endurance of the men's volleyball team at SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo.
