Pengaruh Information Sharing, Knowledge Sharing Dan Modal Sosial Terhadap Kinerja Usaha Yang Dimediasi Oleh Inovasi (Studi Pada Industri Kecil Makanan Di Kota Pekanbaru)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of Information Sharing, Knowledge Sharing and Social Capital on Business Performance mediated by Innovation (Study on small food industry in Pekanbaru City). The population in this study includes small food industry players in Pekanbaru City.
Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using data analysis tools Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Smart-PLS program ver 3.0. The sampling technique that has been chosen is the Cluster Sampling method (236 small food industry players in Pekanbaru City).
The results of the study show that: 1) Information sharing has a positive and not significant effect on innovation, 2) Information sharing has a positive and significant effect on business performance, 3) Knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on innovation, 4) Knowledge sharing has a positive and not significant effect on performance business, 5) Social capital has a positive and significant effect on innovation, 6) Social capital has a positive and significant effect on business performance, 7) Innovation has a positive and significant effect on business performance, 8) Information sharing through innovation on performance business has a positive but not significant effect, 9) Knowledge sharing through innovation on business performance has a positive and significant effect, 10) Social capital through innovation on business performance has a positive but not significant effect.
