Efektivitas Kinerja Guru Dalam Pembelajaran Daring Di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) It Al-Birru Kota Pekanbaru
Good teacher performance is of course reflected in the appearance and
academic ability as well as the ability of the profession to be a teacher, meaning
that they are able to manage teaching in the classroom and outside the classroom
as well as possible, even if the teacher fulfills his professionalism academically.
The effectiveness of teacher performance must be further improved in online
learning without any differences from face-to-face learning.
The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of teacher
performance in planning, implementing and evaluating online learning.
The method in this study uses a mix methods approach. Mix methods
research, namely a research step by combining two forms of approach in
research, namely qualitative and quantitative. Data collection techniques used in
this study are observation, interview, documentation and questionnaire
techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive
analysis.
The results of this study, namely research on teacher performance in
lesson planning shows that teacher performance at SMP IT AL BIRRU Pekanbaru
in lesson planning has been implemented. This is shown by all teachers at SMP IT
AL BIRRU Pekanbaru having lesson planning tools. The results of research on
the effectiveness of teacher performance at SMP IT AL BIRRU Pekanbaru in
implementing learning show that teachers have been able to carry out their
performance in implementing learning and teacher performance in learning
evaluation shows that teacher performance in carrying out learning evaluation
has been carried out even though only at the end of learning.
Based on the research results obtained through observation and interviews
regarding the effectiveness of learning and the performance of SMP IT AL BIRRU
Pekanbaru teachers in the online learning process, it can be concluded that
planning, implementation and evaluation in online learning are carried out well.
