Pengaruh Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Yang Dimediasi Kepuasan Kerja Dan Kebanggaan Nasional Sebagai Variabel Moderating Pada Karyawan Pt. Pertamina Hulu Rokan Pasca Alih Kelola
This research was conducted in PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan aimed to
examine the direct and indirect effects of work-life quality on organizational
commitment through job satisfaction, moderated by national pride.
The respondents of this research were the employees of PT. Pertamina
Hulu Rokan, consisting of 96 employees, recruited by the Slovin formula and
purposive sampling method. Work-life quality was used as independent; job
satisfaction was the mediator; organizational commitment was dependent;
national pride was the moderator. The statistical tools used to test the hypotheses
were the Hayes Process Macro model 1 and 4.
This research revealed that, directly and indirectly, work-life quality
affects organizational commitment when mediated with job satisfaction. National
pride did not moderate the relationship between work-life quality, job satisfaction,
and organizational commitment.
