Pengaruh Penambahan Pupuk Organik Cair Hormon Tanaman Unggul (Hantu) Terhadap Kelimpahan Chlorella Sp

Abstract
This research was conducted in March 2023 at the Aquaculture Environmental Quality Laboratory, Department of Aquaculture, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, University of Riau, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the doses of superior plant hormone liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) that was suitable for increasing the density of Chlorella sp. The study used a one-factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of four treatment levels with three replications. The treatment applied was P0: Walne Fertilizer 1 mL/L, P1: LOF Superior Plant Hormones 0.5 mL/L of feed, P2: LOF of superior plant hormones 1 mL/L, and P3: LOF of Superior Plant Hormones 1.5mL/L. The results showed that P3 gave the best results with a density of 335x104 cells/mL and a growth rate of 0.603 cells.mL-1/day. the results of water quality measurements were temperature 28.7-29.80C, pH 7.0-8.6, DO 3.5-7.4 mg/L nitrate 2.209-2.321 mg/L and phosphate 1.085-3.627 mg/L. Based on the value of nitrate and phosphate, the amount of nitrate used by Chlorella sp. around 52.9% while for phosphate which is used by Chlorella sp. around 28.42%.
