Analisis Persepsi Konsumen Terhadap Produk Iam Chit-Chit
ABSTRACT
This research to identify the characteristics of Iam Chit-Chit consumers based on their level of satisfaction, analyze consumer perceptions of Iam Chit-Chit's attributes and analyze the attributes that must be improved and maintained for consumer satisfaction in shopping at Iam Chit-Chit. The location of this research is Jalan Balam Sakti Panam Pekanbaru. The results of this study are the characteristics of Iam Chit-Chit consumers according to gender dominated by women aged 19-25 years, with the last education from high school, as a whole are students and the average income per month is Rp. 1.50-2.50 million. So it can be concluded that the target market for Iam Chit-Chit Pekanbaru has been reached, namely students who prefer to enjoy ready-to-eat food. Consumer perception of Iam Chit-Chit seen from the service variable gets the highest score of the other variables, namely 4.51 with a very good category, meaning that the service provided has a very good effect on consumer decisions to purchase the products offered. From the score obtained by the service variable, it can be stated that friendliness in providing services to consumers has been able to meet the level of customer satisfaction and the delivery services offered have made it easier for consumers to obtain products from Iam Chit-Chit. The results of the mapping of the variables described by the Cartesian diagram state that there are several variables that must be maintained, namely product quality, product prices, and service. While the variables that must be improved are marketing locations and promotional activities.
