Hubungan Kepemimpinan Inovatif Kepala Sekolah Paud Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di Kecamatan Pujud Kabupaten Rokan Hilir

This study aims to determine the relationship between the innovative leadership
of PAUD principals and the performance of teachers in Pujud District, Rokan Hilir
Regency. The variables of this study consist of the principal's innovative leadership and
teacher performance. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of
correlational research. Sampling in this study researchers took 82 teachers. Methods of
data collection by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the
correlation test of the person product moment. The results of the study show that there
is a significant relationship between Principal Innovative Leadership and Teacher
Performance.
