The problem in this study is government policy that requires all educational institutions across Indonesia to conduct online teaching and learning activities due to the COVID-19 outbreak. google meet and zoom in online learning. The population in this study was the Penjaskesrek student class B of Riau University with a total sampling technique of 38 students. The instrument used in this study was the use of a questionnaire. The data collection techniques in this study made use of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique using percentage %. Based on the description of the research results and discussion, the research conducted can be concluded from the total amount collected on the questionnaire of 38 students who got 93.85% in the very good category.
