Pengaruh Pemberian Oodev (Oocyte Deveploment) Dengan Dosis Yang Berbeda Terhadap Kematangan Akhir Gonad Ikan Gabus Betina (Channa Striata)

Abstract
This research was carried out in July-October 2022, at the fish hatchery and breeding laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine, University of Riau. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of oocyte developer (Oodev) with the different doses to gonad maturation of common snakehead. The method of the research used is an experimental method with Complete Randomized Design with four treatments and three replications. The treatment were Oodev 0 ml/kg), P1 (Oodev 0,5 ml/kg), P2 (Oodev 1 ml/kg), P3 (Oodev 1,5 ml/kg). The injection of Oodev with the interval times per seven days. The result of the research showed that oodev significant on gonad maturation of common snakehead. The treatment P3 injection dose 1.5 ml/kg with the maturation gonad time during 16 days, ovisomatic index of 4.26%, increase of egg diameter of 0.113 mm, fertilization rate of 91.43%, hatching rate of 90.96%, and survival rate until 5 days of 95.86%. The parameter of water quality during the research was in temperature 28-30oC, Ph 6.0-7.2, and dissolved oxygen 4.5-5.4 mg/L.
