ABSTRACT
RTH Motuyoko Park is one of the parks in Tualang District, Siak Regency which was inaugurated in January 2022 which has an area of 1.1 hectares. The phenomenon in this problem is the condition of the cleanliness of the park which is still not maintained. This study aims to find out how Motuyoko Park is managed and what are the inhibiting factors in Motuyoko Park management. The theoretical concept used in this research is G.R Terry's management theory which consists of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation by using informants as a source of information. The results of the study show that the management of Motuyoko Park has been running but is still not optimal because there are still some deficiencies in its management. One of the challenges faced in the management of Motuyoko Park is the lack of public/visitor awareness. The management is expected to be able to improve the quality of the management of RTH Taman Motuyoko.
