Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Aplikasi Terhadap Kemampuan Membaca Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun TK Al-Rasyid Kota Pekanbaru
In this study, a development product named The Alphabet Class Presentation Media Application has been created. This product aims to enhance the reading skills of children aged 5-6 years. The development process followed a procedure aligned with Borg and Gall's theory and the Research and Development method. The assessment results from the content expert validators indicated an average percentage of 80%, categorizing it as "Highly Appropriate". Meanwhile, the media expert validators gave an average percentage of 72%, placing it in the "Appropriate" category. Additionally, the average assessment result from five certified teachers obtained a percentage of 81% with the "Highly Appropriate" category. Based on the evaluations of the media expert validators, content expert validators, and five certified kindergarten teachers, it can be concluded that The Alphabet Class Presentation Media Application is suitable for use as a learning media to improve the reading skills of children aged 5-6 years.
