Analisis Pengendalian Kualitas Statistik Kemasan Produk Air Minum Dengan Menggunakan P-Chart Di Pt. Agrimitra Utama Persada Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
The competition in the bottle water business industry which is growing rapidly at this time has caused dringking water companies to improve the quality of their products. Defects experienced by drinking water companies when carryng out production occur due to raw materials, equipment, methods and by employess, causing the goods produced to be damage. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out quality control to able to minimize the cause of production defects that occur. In the study, we will discuss the quality control of product packaging at PT. Agrimitra Utama Persada Pekanbaru wich will be analyzed using the p-chart method using confidence level of 99.73%. From the research result, it is known that the average damage to the packaging of products is 0.018, the upper control limit is 0.02404, and the lower control limit is 0.01436. based on the p-chart graph, it shows that the production defect is in an out of control condition, with the Pareto diagram the biggest damage is the non-sticky lid is 43.94% and the smallest is the leaky lid is 22.41%. From the Fishbone result, it was found that te cause of the damage was caused by factors of machines, employees, and raw materials. With this, it is hoped that it can to make the right decisions to correct production defects that occur.
