Pengaruh Pemberian Dosis Boster Grotop Yang Berbeda Pada Pakan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Sintasan Ikan Nilem (Osteochilus Hasselti) Dengan Sistem Resirkulasi

ABSTRACT
This research was carried out in July - September 2022 at the Aquaculture Technology Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, University of Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the best dose of grotop booster added to feed in increasing the growth rate and survival rate of osteochillus hasselti. The method used is an experimental method using a completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments used were P0 (without grotops) with P1 (grotop 15 g/kg feed), P2 (grotop 20 g/kg feed), P3 (grotop 25 g/kg feed), P4 (grotop 30 g/kg feed), and fish reared for 50 days. The results of this study indicated that the best treatment was P4 (grotop 30g/kg feed) which resulted in an average final weight growth of 6.01 g, an average length growth of 7.13 cm, a specific growth rate of 2.85%, survival of 100 %, feed efficiency 56.76 and feed conversion 1.76. Giving a grotop booster dose of 30 g/kg of feed affects the growth rate of osteochillus hasselti.
