ABSTRACT
This research is motivated by the importance of human resource management in moving the company. The better the existing human resources are managed, the better the results obtained by the company. To achieve goals within the company, it is necessary for employees to have high morale to anticipate opportunities and challenges in a competitive business environment. This research was conducted at PT. Kresna Duta Agroindo (KDA) Bangko Estate Jambi. The sample of this research was taken as many as 70 respondents with random sampling technique. In this study the method used is descriptive and quantitative. The data obtained from the results of interviews and distribution of questionnaires/questions were then tested with statistics through the SPPS program. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. In this study the results obtained were that Career Development (X1) had a positive effect on Employee Morale (Y), Promotion (X2) had a positive effect on Employee Morale (Y), then Career Development (X1) and Job Promotion (X2) has a positive effect on employee morale (Y) at PT. Kresna Duta Agroindo (KDA) Bangko Estate Jambi.
