Analisis Pengaruh Harga, Pendapatan Per Kapita Dan Jumlah Penduduk Terhadap Permintaan Rumah Tipe 36 Di Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City from June 2022 to August
2022. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, per capita
income and population on demand for type 36 houses in Pekanbaru City.
This type of research is research with descriptive and quantitative
approach methods. The data used in this study is secondary data from 2000 to
2021. The data collection technique was carried out by observing the Pekanbaru
Real Estate Representative Council of Indonesia. Data analysis was performed
using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 20 software.
The research results show that house prices have a significant negative
relationship with housing demand. while pekapita income and population have a
positive and significant effect on the demand for type 36 houses in Pekanbaru
City. From testing the coefficient of determination it is known that 67.5% of the
housing demand variable is influenced by price, per capita income and population
variables. While the remaining 32.5% is influenced by other factors. Judging from
the magnitude of the coefficient that affects housing demand, namely the price
variable of -0.004. per capita income of 0.046; and a population of 0.001.
