Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Puskesmas Di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the influence of leadeship and wrok environment on employee job satisfaction at 3 health centers, namely Pujud Health Center, Tanjung Medan Health Cente and Sedinginan Health Center. The population in this study included all Civil Servants (PNS) totaling 152 employees.
Primary data were collected with questionnaires as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study was to use multiple linear analysis using the SPSS 25. The sampling technique is carried out by means of a census, which is to make the entire population into a sample of 152 employees.
The results of this study show that: 1) there is positive and significant influence of Leadership on Job Satisfacation of Health Center Employess; 2) there is positive and significant influence on Work Environment and Health Center Employess; 3) there is positive and significant influence of Leadership and Work Environment on Job Satisfacation of Health Center Employess;. The magnitude of the total influence is 46,2 % while the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this study
