Pengaruh Strategi True Or False Berbasis Kartu Domino Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Pembelajaran IPS Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Peranap
This research aims to determine the effect of a true or false strategy based on
domino cards on student learning outcomes in class VIII social studies at SMP
Negeri 1 Peranap. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a
quantitative research design pretest-posttest control group design. The research
subjects were class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Peranap with a population of 5
classes, namely class VIII 1, VIII 2, VIII 3, VIII 4, VIII 5 with a total of 180 students.
The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling. The results of the
research show that there is an influence of the domino-based true or false learning
strategy on student learning outcomes in class VIII social studies at SMP Negeri 1
Peranap. This is proven by the obtained values of tcount = 3.224 and ttable = 1.994.
so that tcount > ttable at the 5% significance level. Meanwhile, a sign value of 0.002
was obtained which shows 0.002 < 0.05, meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is
accepted. The magnitude of the influence of the domino-based true or false learning
strategy on student learning outcomes in class VIII social studies at SMP Negeri 1
Peranap is 74.7%. Learning outcomes after implementing the true or false learning
strategy based on domino cards on student learning outcomes in social studies class
VIII SMP Negeri 1 Peranap based on the results of pretest data analysis showed
that the average of the experimental class was 65.41 and after the posttest was
carried out, student learning outcomes experienced increase by showing an
average value of 80.
