Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dengan Motivasi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Indogrosir (Pusat Perkulakan) Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of career development and workload on job satisfaction with work motivation as an intervening variable at Indogrosir (Wholesale Center) Pekanbaru. The type of data used is primary and secondary data with questionnaire data collection techniques. The research population was 129 employees, calculated using the Slovin formula with a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis method uses quantitative descriptive analysis with path analysis with the help of the SPSS program.The results of the research show that career development has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, workload has a negative and significant effect on work motivation, career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, workload has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, career development has an effect on job satisfaction through work motivation, workload has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction through work motivation.
