Pengaruh Waktu Pengadukan Terhadap Kuat Tekan Beton Dengan Bahan Kimia Pembantu 0chemical Admixture) Plastiment RTD-01

Mixing time is very important in controlling concrete compressive strength,
the longer waktu pengadukan the more concrete compressive strength decrease.
This is occored because couldjoint against concrete mixture when it is setting time
ofconcrete. In order to control setting time. It is used additive chemical material
such asplastiment RTD-01 as solution.
In this research, it is obseved the influences of additive chemical material
plasiment RTD-01 againtt concrete compressive strength and how long waktu
pengadukan is needed on theprocess.
The conducted test were characteristics ofbase material in the concrete mixture as
afirststep to get data which will be used in the sample mix design or concrete.
This researh is continuid by making samples according to mix design, then they are
maintained and verifild, concrete compressive strength test.
This research consisted of two, first sample without using additive chemical
material (0%) andsecond samples that used additive chemical materialplastiment
RTD-01 0,4% Ofcement weight and time to mixing: 30 minutes, 60 minites and 90
minues. Base on the result, concrete compressive strength increased 2-5 % Of
concrete 0,4 % concrete using additive chemical materialplastiment RTD-01.
The compressive strength ofconcrete decreased ifwaktupengadukan longer.
Thefirst ofsetting time cement is needed to control the concrete quality and using
additive chemical materialplastiment RTD-01 as a solutionfor concrete that needs
more time in thefield.
