Pengaruh Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Video Pada Kompetensi Dasar Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI di SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru
This research was motivated by the discovery of the application of conventional learning methods. Apart from that, teachers do not use learning media when teaching which makes students uninterested in learning and results in low grades, especially in Civics subjects on basic human rights competencies. So, researchers are interested in examining the influence of video-based learning media on basic human rights competencies on student learning outcomes.
The problem formulation in this research is whether there is an influence of video-based learning media on basic human rights competencies on the learning outcomes of class XI students at SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of video-based learning media on student learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative type of experiment using a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design research design. Data collection techniques use tests and documentation. The population in this study was 518 students in class XI at SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru with a sample of 73 students in class XI AKL and XI TKJ.
Video-based learning media has an influence on student learning outcomes because t_count = 4.463 t_tabel = 2.863, which means t_count is greater than t_tabel. Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that Video-Based Learning Media has an influence on the learning outcomes of class XI students at SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru with an average of 88.61 in the experimental class and 75.28 in the control class.
From the results of the Coefficient of Determination (R Square) test between the combination of variables In the R Square test, it was found to be 0.000, it was concluded that video-based learning media on basic human rights competencies on learning outcomes had no influence at all.
