Dampak Kunjungan Wisatawan Objek Wisata Lubuk Nginio Terhadap Perekonomian Masyarakat Desa Merangin Kabupaten Kampar

This research was conducted to determine the impact of tourist visits at the Lubuk Nginio tourist attraction on the economy of the Merangin Village Community, Kampar Regency. The data used in this research is primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained using a questionnaire with a sample involving 30 respondents consisting of people who work at the Lubuk Nginio tourist attraction, Merangin Village, Kuok District, Kampar Regency and secondary data obtained from annual reports published by the local government, central statistics agency, and institutions involved in this research. The analytical method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The research results show that tourist visits to the Lubuk Nginio tourist attraction have an influence on the economy of the Merangin Village Community, although not all communities feel the impact. The existence of tourist visits to the Lubuk Nginio tourist attraction opens up new business and livelihood opportunities for the community which affects income and can improve people's standard of living for the better.
