Analisis Pendapatan Dan Nilai Tambah Agroindustri Nata De Coco Di Kecamatan Tembilahan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir (Studi Kasus Nata de Coco Salju)
Indragiri Hilir is a district that has extraordinary coconut potential. Old coconut water, which is known as waste, can be processed into products that have selling value. This opportunity was then exploited by the Nata de Coco Salju Agroindustry as an industry that supplies nata de coco to the next industry which is ready for consumption. Established in 2005, located in Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The Nata de Coco Salju Agroindustry has a workforce of 16 people and is classified as a small industry and produces 26 times a month. This research aims to determine (1) the production process of Nata de Coco Salju; (2) production costs, revenues, income, break even point, and efficiency of the Nata de Coco Salju Agroindustry business; (3) added value of the Nata de Coco Salju Agroindustry. The method used is the case method which aims to investigate intensively, in detail and in depth the cost calculations for the Nata de Coco Salju Agroindustry in Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The research results show that the production process carried out is the same as the nata de coco industry in general. In one month the expenditure of this agro-industry is IDR 40,808,466.67, while the revenue is IDR 55,405,000.00, resulting in a profit of IDR 14,596,533.33, the minimum production break even point is 6,772.33 kg/month and the sales break even point is the price is IDR 3,055.83/kg, while the RCR value is 1.36 indicating this business is efficient and feasible. The added value produced by 1 liter of coconut water is IDR 849.27 with a value added ratio of 67.75%. This research provides information that can be used for decision making and potential development.
