Pengaruh Pemberian Naa Dan Kinetin Terhadap Pertumbuhan Embriosomatik Fase Globular Pisang Barangan (Musa Acuminata L.) Secara In Vitro
This research aims to determine the interaction effect of NAA and Kinetin, NAA and Kinetin factor and to obtain the best concentration on the growth of globular phase embryosomatic explants of banana barangan. This research was conducted experimentally using factorial randomized block design with two factors: NAA (0; 0,5; 1; 1,5 mg.l-1) and Kinetin (0: 2,5; 5; 7,5 mg.l-1). The parameters observed were shoot emergence, number of shoots, shoot height, root length, and percentage of successful shoot formation. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance and followed by Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at 5% level. The results showed that interaction of NAA and Kinetin significantly affected the time of shoot emergence (4,73 days after inoculation), number of shoots (2,50 shoots), shoot height (6,20 cm), and root length (8,88 cm) with the best treatment was 1 mg.l-1 NAA and 5 mg.l-1 Kinetin. Application of NAA significantly affected the time of bud emergence (6,79 days after inoculation), number of shoots (1,98 shoots), shoot height (4,97 cm), and root length (6,88 cm) with the best treatment was 1 mg.l-1 NAA. Application of Kinetin significantly affected the time of shoot emergence, number of shoots, shoot height, and root length with the best treatment was 2,5 mg.l-1 Kinetin for the parameters time of shoot emergence (7,68 days after inoculation) and number of shoots (1,84 shoots), 5 mg.l-1 Kinetin for the parameters of shoot height (4,85 cm) and root length (6,52 cm). The percentage of successful shoots formation ranged from 77,80 - 100%.
