This research is a replacement for the final assignment, namely a thesis at the Bachelor of Physical Education, Health and Recreation, Riau University, which is given to students as an award for making the university proud on the national level. The contents of this report in lieu of the thesis are the journey taken from the beginning of the process of participating in P2MW activities to becoming 2nd place at the XIV KMI EXPO in Bali in the Manufacturing and Applied
Technology category. This activity, which involves all universities in Indonesia in the field of entrepreneurship, is one of the best programs in developing young entrepreneurs. The journey of the Rosmini Herbal Oil team is an inspiring story that exudes a spirit of entrepreneurship and collaboration. From the beginning of planning the proposal to winning an award at KMI EXPO XIV, the Rosmini herbal oil team showed extraordinary perseverance, creativity and dedication. Through the P2MW program, the Rosmini team has not only succeeded in developing innovative products, but also understands the intricacies of business and solid governance. Participation in ISEC provides in-depth insight, while the achievements at KMI EXPO XIV Bali are clear evidence of the Rosmini team's success. The Rosmini Herbal Oil team has made brilliant achievements, disappointed universities, and provided inspiration for future generations of entrepreneurs.
