Penerapan Pembelajaran Menggunakan Model Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Kognitif Siswa Pada Konsep Usaha Dan Energi
There is still low student learning outcomes in work and energy material for class X SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru students make this problem important to research. The aim of this research is to describe improving the cognitive learning outcomes of class X students through application Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving and comparing it with conventional learning carried out in Class X SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru. This research uses the Intact Group Comparison research type. The population is class X students of SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru totaling 343 people, with a sample of class IPA 3 as a control class. The instrument used in data collection was a test of cognitive learning outcomes for class X students work and energy material which is then analyzed descriptively and inferentially. This research shows that learning outcomes Students' cognitive abilities between the two classes are different, where students in the experimental class obtained higher cognitive learning outcomes compared to those in the experimental class students in the control class, so that the Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving learning model can improve effectively. Learning outcomes cognitive abilities of class X SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru students on Business and Energy material.
