The research aims to determine the amount of income of fostered MSMEs before and after receiving assistance from PLUT-KUMKM Riau Province and the role of PLUT-KUMKM Riau Province in increasing the income of its fostered MSMEs. The population in this study were MSMEs assisted by PLUT-KUMKM Riau Province and the sample of this study were 25 MSME respondents who received legality facilitation, financing facilitation, and e-commerce training. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data is analyzed using the formula for income before and after assistance, and the formula for the percentage of income increase.
The results of this study indicate that the average income of MSMEs assisted by The results of this study indicate that the average income of MSMEs assisted by PLUT-KUMKM Riau Province before and after assistance provided in the form of legality facilitation, financing facilitation, and e-commerce training provided to assisted MSMEs experienced an increase in income only reaching an average of 33%. This shows that the assistance provided by PLUT-KUMKM Riau Province is still able to increase the income of its fostered MSMEs but not significantly. The role of PLUT-KUMKM Riau Province in increasing the income of its fostered MSMEs can be seen from the percentage increase in income after receiving assistance that shows the highest ability to increase income, namely 0 - < 25% with a percentage of 40%.
