Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Nelayan Terhadap Layanan Kesyahbandaran Di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Pelabuhanratu Sukabumi Jawa Barat
Palabuhanratu Perikanan Nusantara Port (PPN) is located in Palabuhanratu Bay which is part of the Indian Ocean waters, Indonesian Management Area (WPP) 573. Palabuhanratu Bay is the largest bay on the Indian Ocean coast in southern West Java. The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of fishermen's satisfaction with the martyrdom service at PPN Palabuhanratu. According to Law No. 17 of 2008 concerning shipping, the syahbandar is a government official or port head appointed by the minister with the task of carrying out supervision, law enforcement in the field of shipping safety and security and coordinating government activities at the port. The main task of the Main Kesyahbandaran Office is to carry out supervision and law enforcement in the field of shipping safety and security, coordination of government activities at the port as well as regulation, control and supervision of port activities at commercially operated ports. The method used in this research is the survey method, namely by interviewing directly to the ship owner or manager. From the research that has been done, it can be seen from the results of the calculation of the high Customer satisfaction index (CSI) which is 91.17%. this value is included in the very satisfying category with a value range of 81%-100%. this value is obtained by conducting validity and reliability tests.
