Pengaruh Motivasi Instrinsik Terhadap Etos Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Di Dinas Kebudayaan Dan Pariwisata Kota Pekanbaru
The Pekanbaru City Culture and Tourism Office is one of the representative institutions of the Culture and Tourism Office in the region which has the main task of serving public services in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations. This research was conducted at the Culture and Tourism Office of Pekanbaru city in Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru, Riau. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of intrinsic motivation on work ethic, work ethic on work discipline, and intrinsic motivation on work discipline in the Pekanbaru City Culture and Tourism Office. The population and sample in the study were all 33 civil servants. The sampling method used in this study was saturated samples. This study uses Smart PLS 3.2.9 processing. The results of this study show that intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on work ethic, work ethic has an effect but not significant on work discipline and intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline.
