Abstract: Development in rural areas has become the current government's focus. This research highlights market orientation and social entrepreneurship orientation in improving BUMDes performance, as well as the role of organizational learning orientation as mediation. The population in this study was BUMDes in Meranti Islands Regency, Riau Province. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. A total of 384 respondents participated in this research consisting of directors, secretaries, treasurers and unit heads. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The results of data analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 show that market orientation and social entrepreneurship orientation influence the performance of BUMDes. Organizational learning orientation mediates the influence of market orientation and social entrepreneurship orientation on BUMDes performance. This research has contributed to improving the performance of BUMDes in Meranti Islands Regency.
