Analisis Kelayakan Industri Kreatif Anyaman Pandan Di Kecamatan Kuantan Tengah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

This research aims to analyze the feasibility of the pandan woven creative industry in Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, non-financially and financially. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis on non-financial aspects, namely legal aspects, market aspects, technical and technological aspects, socio-economic aspects. Meanwhile, quantitative analysis to analyze financial aspects is Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PP). The research population was 4 business units, the sampling technique was carried out using a purpove sampling technique, namely determining samples with various considerations and certain criteria according to the wishes of the researcher. The research results show that in non-financial aspects, the Pandan Woven Creative Industry in Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has met the criteria so it is feasible to run and develop. The obstacle that exists in the pandan woven creative industry, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is the limited capital available, capital is really needed, but that doesn't mean that just limited capital, business actors can't develop their business. Lack of investment in equipment is an obstacle in maintaining the sustainability of pandan woven industry production.
