Uji Fitokimia Microgreens Dari Biji Labu Madu (Cucurbita Moschata Duchesne)
Microgreens are vegetables that have two cotyledon leaves that are fully developed and can be harvested 7-21 days after planting. Honey pumpkin is a type of fruit has the potential as a plant that can be used as a microgreens because they have high nutritional and nutritional content. The study aims to determine the content of secondary metabolites contained in honey pumpkin microgreens using qualitative phytochemical test. The sample use are wet and dry which will be tested for qualitative phytochemical content. The result of phytochemical test on dry and wet sample of honey pumpkin micorgreens show that they contain secondary metabolites compounds in the form of alkaloids, tritrpenoid and saponins.
