This study aims to determine the effect of land area factors, age of oil palm plants and fertilizers on land productivity in the Tambang District of Kampar Regency.
This study uses secondary data obtained from the Kampar Regency Plantation Office and primary data researched directly at the research site with a sample size of 98 independent oil palm farmers. The method used to see the effect of land productivity is the multiple linear regression analysis method with classical assumption testing, namely normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. As well as statistical tests, namely the F test, T test, and adjusted R-Square test with the help of the SPSS version 25 program.
Based on the results of this study, the land area variable has a positive influence on the land productivity variable, while the plant age variable has a negative influence on land productivity, and the fertilizer variable has a positive influence on land productivity. Partially, the three independent variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable. The amount of influence generated (R2) by these three variables together affects the dependent variable with a value of 77.4%. While the remaining 22.6% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.
