Evaluasi Pengendalian Biaya Dan Waktu Menggunakan Metode Konsep Nilai Hasil Pada Proyek Pembangunan Fisik CWR-02 Universitas Riau (Studi Kasus: Gedung Information and Technology Center)
Most construction projects in Indonesia experience delays, indicating less than optimal project management. To increase effectiveness in project supervision and control, the Result Value Concept Method is used. This method connects time, cost and work progress to describe the ongoing project conditions. The research objectives calculate the cost and time performance index of project implementation, calculate the estimated cost and time of unfinished projects, and calculate the estimated cost and time required to complete the entire project. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis method using data on the duration of work that has been carried out for 18 periods (521 days) in the Information and Technology Center Building. The CPI value obtained for 18 months is CPI> 1 which indicates that the actual cost is less than the budget plan or it means that there are savings in terms of cost control. The SPI value in the first 4 months and the last 2 months is SPI 1. This shows that there were delays and accelerations in implementation during the 18 months of the project. In this late period, time control is needed so that delays can be overcome immediately by increasing work productivity. Based on the average productivity index that occurred during 18 months, the ETC value was obtained at IDR 14,474,463,337 and the ETS value for 410 days. While the total cost to the end (EAC) is IDR 35,558,573,663 which is IDR 5,660,962,640 less than the project cost budget of IDR 41,219,536,303. While the project completion time (EAS) is 931 days back 318 days from the planned time of 550 days. To accelerate project completion, it is necessary to increase productivity with overtime, increase the number of workers and change construction methods.
