Analisis Hubungan Faktor-Faktor Penyebab Konflik Dengan Intensitas Konflik Emerging (Studi Kasus Masyarakat Desa Senama Nenek Dengan Ptpn V Sei Kencana Kecamatan Tapung Hulu Kabupaten Kampar)
The plantation land conflict between the people of Senama Nenek Village and PTPN V Sei Kencana started with PTPN V Sei Kencana entering the village in 1983 when the company was working on land starting from Tandun to Senama Nenek Village, the company entered without the knowledge of village officials and traditional leaders. There were around 40 people who owned land there but were given compensation or sago liver. The 2,800 hectares did not include the residents' land which was replaced, because the land was cultivated on a large area. The resistance between the Senama Nenek Village community and PTPN V Sei Kencana took the form of opposition regarding the use of 2,800 hectares of land, considering that the land does not have HGU (Hak Guna Usaha) and the company's HGU (Hak Guna Usaha) for the land has not been issued or issued by BPN (Badan National Land Affairs) Riau Province, and the land was transferred into enclave land for local communities through a partnership program in 2000. This land conflict has been going on for approximately 25 years. This research aims to determine the factors that cause conflict and analyze the relationship between the factors that cause conflict and the intensity of emerging conflicts that occur between the Senama Nenek Village community and PTPN V Sei Kencana. The sample in this study consisted of 30 people from the community who were taken using snowball sampling. This research was measured quantitatively using analytical tools in the form of Likert scale analysis and Spearman Rank Correlation Test analysis. Based on the results of the Spearman rank correlation test, the aspects that cause conflict with high scores have significant values, namely aspects of limited resources, aspects of inappropriate rewards, personal aspects of people, aspects of feelings and emotions, and aspects of misunderstanding.
